The 2017 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C7 year is defined by the Grand Sport's return to the lineup, positioned between base Stingray and Z06. The Grand Sport uses wider Z06 bodywork (flared fenders, wider rear track) while retaining the LS3/LS3+A8 drivetrain — a crucial fitment distinction: the Grand Sport uses the Z06's 19-inch front and 20-inch rear wheel setup, not the base Stingray's 18/19-inch setup. For base Stingray fitment: 5x120mm, 70.3mm hub, 18x8.5 front and 19x10 rear at ET+56, 245/40ZR18 and 285/35ZR19. Grand Sport buyers should reference Z06 fitment data, not Stingray base data. Front caliper: 355mm Brembo six-piston on base Stingray, 94mm clearance. Safe offset window: ET+48 to +60 front (18-inch), ET+48 to +60 rear (19-inch). The 2017 model year is the first where Michelin Pilot Sport 4S was available as an OEM-equivalent replacement for the Pilot Super Sport — fitment dimensions are identical between the two. Community-confirmed maximum rear width on base C7 with stock suspension: 295/35ZR19 at ET+54 without caliper or suspension contact. Lowering 25-30mm reduces outer clearance estimate by 5-7mm and increases contact risk at full bump with wider tires. 5x120mm bolt pattern applies to all C7 years 2014-2019.
