The 2012 Chevrolet Camaro introduces the upgraded 323-hp 3.6L V6 with variable valve timing, while the wheel and brake architecture remains unchanged from 2010-2011. Stock V6 fitment: 18x7.5-inch at ET+52, 225/55R18. Stock 1SS/2SS: staggered 20x8.5 front and 20x9.5 rear at ET+49/ET+55, running 245/45R20 and 275/40R20. The 2012 model year is notable for wheel builders because the ZL1 shared a production line for the first time, and used-parts suppliers started offering the ZL1 Brembo six-piston front (400mm rotor) as a cross-fit on 2SS. That upgrade requires 20-inch wheels with a minimum 94mm caliper clearance — most standard 20-inch spoked designs with large center sections will not pass. For standard 2SS Brembo four-piston (348mm), ET+28 to +35 on the front is the offset window that clears without hub-centric contact. Rear offset: ET+32 to +40 safe zone on 20-inch, ET+28 to +36 on 19-inch. Maximum rear width: 275/40R20 is the confirmed widest that avoids inner liner contact on stock rear trailing arm bushings. On the front, 245/35R20 is the minimum aspect ratio before sidewall contact on the lower control arm at full steering lock. The 5th-gen 5x120mm and 66.9mm hub dimensions apply across all years — direct fitment interchange with 2010-2015 with no bore adapters required.
