What You Need Before Installing

A supercharger is not a simple bolt-on. These supporting mods are critical for reliability and making the most of your boost investment.

Custom ECU Tune

A proper tune is non-negotiable with a supercharger. Off-the-shelf tunes exist but a custom dyno tune on your specific car unlocks max power and protects the engine. Budget $500–$1,000 for a quality tune.

Stock injectors max out around 500 RWHP. Most TVS kits require 60lb+ injectors for safe fueling at full boost. Most kit manufacturers include or specify the correct injectors.
