The 2013 Chevrolet Camaro base is the first 5th-gen year to offer the 1LE Performance Package, which completely changes the fitment approach for track-focused buyers. The 1LE ships with 20x9-inch front and 20x10-inch rear wheels running Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperCar 3R summer tires — 245/40R20 front and 285/35R20 rear. Non-1LE base and LT: 18x7.5 at ET+52, 225/55R18. 1SS/2SS without 1LE: 20x8.5 front and 20x9.5 rear at ET+49/ET+55 with 245/45R20 and 275/40R20. The 1LE suspension geometry uses stiffer springs and revised alignment — 0.5 degrees more negative camber front than the standard 2SS — which reduces the safe ET minimum by approximately 4mm before tire-to-strut contact at full compression. For aftermarket wheels on a 1LE, stay at ET+30 minimum front. Rear on 1LE: the stock 20x10 runs 285/35R20 without fender modification — that is the widest rear that fits 1LE geometry without trimming. Standard 2SS and V6 base rear maximum: 275/40R20. Hub spec unchanged across all 5th-gen: 5x120mm, 66.9mm bore. Caliper clearance: 1LE uses the Brembo 348mm four-piston with revised hat geometry — same clearance spec as 2SS at 80mm minimum on the inboard caliper ear. The 1LE is the most track-capable 5th-gen base Camaro and benefits from a well-documented fitment history in autocross and time-attack communities.
