2022 Chevrolet Corvette Z06

When GM released the C8 Z06 with a flat-plane crank V8 revving to 8,600 RPM, I knew I had to have one. This is my first mid-engine car after 10 years of front-engine builds and the learning curve was real. The Z07 package comes with everything you need for serious track work — the carbon ceramic brakes are genuinely fade-free even after 20 laps. I added the Akrapovic exhaust purely for the sound — at 7,000 RPM it screams like a Ferrari. The AiM dash logger has been invaluable for analyzing data between sessions. This car has completely changed how I think about performance driving.
